Delete your GymNotes Coach account
This page is for the coach account in GymNotes Coach. If you are a client using GymNotes to track your own training, use the deletion page on gymnotesapp.com instead — the two apps hold different data.
What gets deleted
- Your coach profile, email and login credentials.
- Your client list and every invite code you issued.
- All programs and exercise templates you created, including custom exercises.
- Your access to your clients' training data — the link is broken immediately.
What stays
Copies of programs already published to a client stay in that client's own GymNotes account, along with the workouts they logged — that is their data, in their app, and it is not ours to erase. They stop receiving anything new from you.
How to delete it in the app
Open GymNotes Coach and go to Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. The account and everything listed above are removed within 30 days; the app signs you out at once.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email hello@gymnotesapp.com from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We reply within five working days and confirm once it is done.
